HOW CAN WE HELP?

“We believe the support we provide should be as unique as the schools we serve." - Gordon Derham, Director of Strategy.

DONE FOR YOU
Fully Managed Services

A complete solution for schools who need to seamlessly outsource all their technology support needs.

For schools who want complete peace of mind, with CSE experts to quickly identify and resolve technical issues on their behalf – this is for you.

Our team of UK-based school technology support staff will maintain a support system and manage all your technology requirements remotely and on-site. From fixing day-to-day computer issues that your staff raise, through to optimising existing technology and even advising on any applications you should stop renewing – our dedicated, managed service team will help your school technology to run smoother, and be more cost effective.

Our automated asset management system will handle warranty renewals, software licenses, software usage, depreciation, auditing, replacement and capacity planning, and much more, using standard, automated reports.

What’s more, with our sophisticated Remote Agent software, hundreds of checks are run automatically every single day. This allows our team to identify and rectify issues before they are even noticed within the school. Imagine never having to worry about backup or connectivity issues ever again?

DO IT YOURSELF
In-School Managed Services

A solution for schools who have an existing IT Manager and want more in-house control.

For schools who have an IT manager and want more in-house control, our DIY service approach is for you. Our software, Service Manager will help your IT manager to gain a better insight into the technology you use in your school to improve performance, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Service Manager includes:
  1. Virtual Service Desk – This virtual help desk/ monitoring software allows your IT users to raise tickets so your in-house IT manager can be alerted to issues. You’ll get full visibility on the progress of the ticket and how it is being managed, complete with SLA statistics to allow your IT manager to fully understand how things are working, e.g. how fast the problem is resolved, the type of issue it is, and how many times the issue occurs.
  2. Asset Manager – This allows your IT manager to understand the status of your entire network – e.g. system health and usage – as well as identifying when licences expire and when to renew. This granular level of knowledge will allow your IT manager to make informed data-driven decisions when carrying out any fixes, saving costs and improving overall efficiency. Asset Manager isn’t just for your IT. It also covers data management from any of your school’s assets – from mechanical assets (e.g. boilers), school vehicles and other areas of the school estate – to streamline all maintenance and servicing into an efficient data-driven ecosystem.
  3. The sophisticated CSE Remote Agent software, making hundreds of checks automatically every single day is also available in this model. In this case, the reports come directly to the IT manager via the Service Manager for action.

HYBRID
Combined Support Services

A combination of Full and In-School Managed Services, which allows our CSE experts to collaborate with school IT managers.

For schools who want additional support for their IT managers – the hybrid solution is for you.

This option combines our Fully Managed Services and our Do it Yourself (Semi Managed Services) models. Your in-house IT Manager will be supported by CSE specialists to deal with the more difficult technical issues, as well as assistance in making strategic decisions.
