Virtual Service Desk – This virtual help desk/ monitoring software allows your IT users to raise tickets so your in-house IT team can be alerted to issues. You’ll get full visibility on the progress of the ticket and how it is being managed, complete with SLA statistics to allow your IT team to fully understand how things are working, e.g. how fast the problem is resolved, the type of issue it is, and how many times the issue occurs.

Asset Manager – This allows your IT team to understand the status of your entire network – e.g. system health and usage – as well as identifying when licences expire and when to renew.
